Fudgy Vegan Brownies

Here is a simple no-fail brownie recipe I use regularly. It’s made with handy pantry staples and whips up in no time. I hope you enjoy it!

Fudgy Vegan Brownies

1 ¼ cups Flour
1 ½ cups Sugar, scant
¾ cups Cocoa
¾ teaspoon Cornstarch
⅜ teaspoon Baking powder
1 ⅛ teaspoons Kosher salt
¾ cups Non-dairy milk
¾ cups Canola oil
1 ½ teaspoons Vanilla

Set oven to 350  degrees fahrenheit. Combine wet ingredients in large mixing bowl. Whisk dry ingredients separately then add them to wet, blending well. Pour into parchment-lined 8 x 8 inch baking pan and bake for 30-45 minutes.
