Cooking Lessons

Learning session includes:

*Ingredient preparation techniques (mise en place), knife skills and best food handling practices
*Full hands-on and hands-off instruction, encouraging the student to take the lead when comfortable
*Preparation and plate presentation techniques for three (3) dishes
*Kitchen clean up
*Full printed recipes for each dish


How it works:

  1. Consultation to discuss menu, schedule date and arrange for payment  (at least 48 hours prior to event)
  2. Student receives shopping list via email (24 hours prior to event) and purchases ingredients
  3. Day of event: Chef and student prepare ingredients, execute and plate three dishes in an appetizing presentation
  4. Chef leaves student with printed recipes, a clean kitchen and plenty of practical knowledge, skills and ideas
